Matthew Knowles was a Research Fellow in Economics at the Center for Macroeconomic Research at the University of Cologne. He received his PhD in 2017 at the University of Rochester. In 2009 Matthew completed his BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford.
