Thomas Neuber was a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Bonn Graduate School of Economics (BGSE) and a Research Fellow at the Collaborative Research Center TR 224. Thomas received his master’s degree in Economics from the University of Bonn in 2018. During his studies, he spent one semester abroad at the University of Washington.
