André Kaiser is Professor for Political Science at the University of Cologne. He is also a faculty member of the international Max Planck Research School “The Social and Political Constitution of the Economy” in Cologne. 1994 he finished his PhD at the University of Freiburg and received his habilitation at the University of Mannheim in 2000.
