Heike Klüver (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin): “Campaign Finance Laws, Lobbying, and Inequalities in Representation: Evidence from Citizens United”

The Cologne Center for Comparative Politics (CCCP) and the Excellence Cluster ECONtribute (ECONtribute: Markets & Public Policy EXC 2126) jointly host a lecture series on Political Science and Political Economy in 2023/2024, showcasing research on political economy, institutions and behavior by internationally leading researchers from top departments in Germany and abroad.

Next week, we will reconvene for the first session of our “Political Science and Political Economy” lecture series on April 25 (14:00-15:30) at room H111 (IBW Building, Herbert-Lewin-Str. 2).

On this occasion, the CCCP and ECONtribute are very happy to host Prof. Dr. Heike Klüver. Prof. Dr. Klüver is Professor and Chair of Comparative Political Behavior at the Humboldt University of Berlin, and spokesperson of the DFG research training group DYNAMICS. Her research focuses on political behavior, electoral competition and governmental policy, and relies on quantitative and experimental methods.
