Joscha Reiners is a PhD candidate at the Cologne Graduate School of Economics (CGS-E). He completed his undergraduate in Philosophy and Economics at the University of Bayreuth and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He is currently completing the master of Economic Research at the University of Cologne, during which he spent a term abroad at Tinbergen Institute, Amsterdam. He worked as an intern at the German Ministry of Finance.
