Simon Mongey, previously an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago Kenneth C. Griffin Department of Economics, now holds a position as a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He received his PhD in Economics from New York University in 2017 and was a Junior Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis in 2017/18.
