Sven‐Oliver Proksch is Professor of Political Science and Chair for European and Multilevel Politics at the Cologne Center for Comparative Politics at the University of Cologne. In 2008 he received his PhD from the University of California in Los Angeles; prior to that he studied Political Science at the University of Konstanz.
