Svenja Hippel is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Advanced Studies in Law and Economics (CASTLE) at the University of Bonn. In 2018, she obtained her PhD in Economics from the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods and the University of Jena. Before that, she completed her interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree in Philosophy & Economics at the University of Bayreuth and her master’s degree in Economics at the University of Bonn. She was also a visiting scholar at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston.
