Philipp Chapkovski is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Applied Microeconomics (IAME) at the University of Bonn. In 2022, he was a Researcher at Berlin Social Center, Berlin (WZB). From 2018-2022 he was a Research Fellow at the International Behavioral laboratory at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow. Philipp received his doctoral degree at the European University Institute, Florence. In his Ph.D. thesis using online and lab experiments, he analyzed the effect of collective sanctions on cooperation.
