Matteo Sirani is a PhD candidate at the Bonn Graduate School of Economics. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked as a trainee and consultant in the Monetary Policy Strategy Division at the European Central Bank. He holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bocconi University. His research focuses on macroeconomics, particularly models with heterogeneous firms.
