Christine Trampusch is a Professor for International Comparative Political Economy and Economic Sociology at the University of Cologne. She studied Political Science and Economics at the University of Regensburg. In 2000 she received her PhD, and in 2007 her Habilitation, both from the University of Göttingen. Among other tasks she is liaison professor to the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies, faculty member of the graduate school IMPRS-SPCE, and faculty member and co-founder of the Cologne Center for Comparative Politics (est. 2012).
