Georg Nöldeke is Professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Basel. He studied Economics at the University of Bonn, the University of California, Berkeley, and the London School of Economics. Before he came to Basel in 2006, he was Assistant Professor at Princeton University (1992–94) and Professor at the Universities of Bonn (1994–97 and 1999–2006) and Basel (1997–99). Georg is affiliated with the German Economic Association. He is a Research Fellow at CESifo. He has been awarded the Gossen Prize of the German Economic Association.
