Media Law, Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law with Special Consideration of Digital Changes

Karl-Nikolas Peifer is a Professor at the University of Cologne. He studied Law in Bonn and Trier and Economics in Duisburg, Hamburg, and Kiel. After receiving his PhD at the University of Bielefeld in 1994 he was habilitated at the University of Kiel in 2004. Since 2004 Karl-Nikolas is the Chair of Civil Law with Copyright, Intellectual Property, New Media, and Business Law at the University of Cologne.
