Giovanni Mastrobuoni is Professor of Economics at the University of Torino and Carlo Alberto Chair as well as Vice-Dean at the Collegio Carlo Alberto. He obtained his PhD in Economics from Princeton University in 2006. Giovanni is a Research Fellow at CEPR (Centre for Economic Policy Research) and IZA (IZA Institute of Labor Economics). His research focuses on labor economics, public economics, and the economics of crime. He has been a visiting fellow at Nuffield College, the University of Oxford, Columbia University, Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Princeton University, EIEF (Rome), and European University Institute.
