Yero Samuel Ndiaye is a PhD candidate at the University of Cologne. Before joining the Cluster of Excellence as a YEP Student, he completed a master’s degree in Economics at the University of Cologne and a master’s degree in statistics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has won the award for best graduate from the Royal Statistical Society in 2021.Furthermore, he holds a scholarship of Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes as well as the Piermont Scholarship of DAAD Stiftung.
