Are you looking for advice on econometric questions related to your research? The Young ECONtribute Program offers dedicated econometrics consultation hours with experienced Cluster Faculty members who are experts in the field.
What‘s offered:
The YEP Econometrics Consultation Hours provide individualized support for Cluster early-career researchers who are seeking practical advice or methodological guidance on econometrics topics for both theoretical and applied projects. This may include methodological challenges, model selection, interpretation of results, or related topics.
How to book a consultation hour:
- University of Bonn: Joachim Freyberger offers office hours for early-career researchers seeking support with econometrics-related questions in their research. If you would like to make use of this opportunity, please send an email to freyberger@uni-bonn.de including (1) your availability over the next week for a 30-minute time slot, (2) whether you would prefer to meet in person or via Zoom, and (3) a brief overview (a few sentences are sufficient) of the questions or issues you would like to discuss.
- University of Cologne: Tom Zimmermann hosts weekly office hours of 20 minutes each, with the option for PhDs to book two consecutive slots if needed.
