Annabelle Hofer is a Junior Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Cologne. Before her current position, she worked as a postdoc at the University of Bern and as a lecturer at various universities. In 2019, she completed her Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bern. Her research focuses on the sustainable development of careers and organizations, particularly on precarious and new forms of work and perceptions of insecurity among employees
(e.g., career insecurity, career shocks). Her research contributes significantly to the more effective management of workers in organizations.
