Mona Mensmann ist eine Professorin für Innovationsmanagement und Entrepreneurship an der Universität zu Köln. Vor ihrem Eintritt in Köln war sie Professorin an der Warwick Business School in Großbritannien. Sie promovierte 2017 an der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. Ihre hauptsächlich RCT-basierten Forschung beschäftigen sich mit der Frage, wie wir Menschen dabei helfen können, unternehmerischer zu denken und zu handeln.
